Author Guidelines

The editors of the Hasindo Journal of Computer Science and Information Technology (HJCSIT) invite experts and practitioners in computer and information technology to submit research articles. These should be original, research-based, unpublished, and not under review for possible publication in other journals. All submitted papers are subject to review by the editors, editorial board, and blind reviewers. Submissions that violate our guidelines on formatting or length will be rejected without review.   • Manuscripts written for the Hasindo Journal of Computer Science and Information Technology (HJCSIT) include research results in information technology, information systems, and computer informatics.
  • HJCSIT does not accept texts by email. Manuscripts must be sent via the web system. For those who have never registered, please register first.
  • The writing of the manuscript must follow the rules provided in the HJCSIT template.
  • Articles typed in Book Antiqua with 1 spacing in Microsoft Word format with a page size A4 (210 x 297 mm). The length of the article is about 8-10 pages, including pictures, graphs, and tables (if any). Articles written in Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Write the manuscript using the following structural parts: INTRODUCTION - METHODS - RESULTS AND DISCUSSION - CONCLUSION - ACKNOWLEDGMENTS (optional) and REFERENCES. Clear theorems do not need to be written, just cited when needed. Evidence or theory whose truth is not yet clear, which the author makes clear by developing it, can be added after the Introduction.
  • Citation and bibliography used preferably in the last 5 years and mainly originated from reputable journals. References from journals of at least 80% of those written. The reference must be written in IEEE using reference manager software (Endnote, Mendeley, Zotero, etc.)
  • Every script in HJCSIT will be reviewed by reviewers using a double-blind review system. All review processes are done online, and the author can monitor the development of the manuscript.
  • The time each document is sent until the editor has accepted, it will not be the same depending on the review process of each manuscript. The editor cannot guarantee the exact time of publication when the author sends the new manuscript.
  • Everything related to licensing the citation or use of computer software for making manuscripts or other matters related to intellectual property rights carried out by the scriptwriter, along with the legal consequences that may arise, are the full responsibility of the manuscript writing.
  • Manuscripts which does not comply with the journal format will be rejected
  • A plagiarism check will be conducted for each manuscript with a minimum of 25% similarity. After that, the manuscript will be double-blind, peer-reviewed.
